Fundado em 1914 na cidade de São Paulo por italianos o Palestra Italia, hoje Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras é um dos times de futebol mais respeitado do Brasil. Possui agora em 2005 a terceira maior torcida no país, cativada pela grande quantidade de conquistas. Em cima: os escudos mostram um pouco da evolução do do clube ao longo do tempo, até os dias de hoje. Embaixo à esquerda o símbolo da maior torcida organizada: Mancha Alvi-Verde; embaixo no centro, o uniforme tradicional: camisa verde, calção branco e meias verdes; embaixo à esquerda, o mascote do time.
